DAVID NAREY,Director of Asset Management
David Narey is the firm’s Director of Asset Management. In this capacity,
Mr. Narey is responsible for the day-to-day management of all operations and strategic real estate activities associated with D2 Realty Services, Inc.’s properties. His management responsibilities include managing the company’s real estate department and implementing plans and programs to maximize the value and efficiency of the company’s portfolio of office, retail, residential and parking properties. |

Prior to joining D2, Mr. Narey was the Portfolio Manager and General Manager for Lillibridge Healthcare Real Estate Trust. In this position, he was responsible for a portfolio of medical office facilities in Illinois and Michigan totaling approximately 2 million square feet.
Before joining Lillibridge, Mr. Narey held positions with Hines Interests Limited Partnership and Equity Office Properties Trust.
Mr. Narey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Carthage College, and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. |
